Building skills for employment and independence

This program supports individuals seeking to build job skills, re-enter the workforce, or pursue educational opportunities. We often work with clients who need help identifying realistic career paths based on their health, experience, and current life circumstances. Support may include resume preparation, job readiness coaching, and referrals to local training programs in Wisconsin. We also help individuals overcome barriers such as transportation, scheduling, or long employment gaps. The goal is to promote independence through sustainable employment opportunities and skill development.

  • CPR & First Aid certification
